Lost Docky Terms and Policies
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Lost Docky a product of JAIEA Technology Group, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service.
Document Ownership Verification
When claiming a document, you must provide accurate and truthful information to verify ownership. Lost Docky reserves the right to verify the information provided and may reject any claim if the information is found to be inaccurate or fraudulent.
Good Samaritan Protection
Users who report found documents are protected under our Good Samaritan policy. Document owners agree not to hold finders responsible for any damage or loss that occurred before the document was reported. Any attempt to falsely accuse a Good Samaritan will result in immediate account termination and potential legal action.
Payment Terms
A service fee of 1000 CFA (plus 5% processing fee) is required to claim a document. This fee covers administrative costs, verification services, and helps maintain our platform. All payments are processed securely through CamPay and are non-refundable once the document information is released.
Privacy and Data Protection
We collect and store personal information necessary for document recovery. Your data is encrypted and protected. We do not share your information with third parties except as necessary to facilitate document recovery or as required by law.
Prohibited Activities
• You may not use Lost Docky to: • Claim documents that do not belong to you • Provide false or misleading information • Attempt to defraud other users • Harass or intimidate other users • Use the service for any illegal purpose
Limitation of Liability
Lost Docky is a platform connecting document finders and owners. We are not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by users or for any disputes between users. Our liability is limited to the amount of the service fee paid.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
